Few Drops

I want to say sorry because I haven't been posting every Wednesday. So I've been taking pygeum and zinc for a while now and have been working out. My loads have increased immensely, but my precum not so much. At first I didn't produce anything. After I started with the pygeum I began to produce a few drops, but that wasn't enough. When I started to work out while I was doing the experiment I surprisingly produced a few more drops. Unfortunately, I wasn't eating healthy. So I just recently started to eat a lot healthier and I did see a dramatic change. I was a lot harder and actually saw my precum slowly fall down and that amazed me. I want to continue this and see if I can produce more!

So I kind of have good news! Ive been exercising more lately and maintaining a healthy diet and I feel like my precum level has increased just a little. Im going to continue this routine and hopefully I'll get great results. Ive only been taking 50 mg of zinc and 1000 mg of pygeum daily.

Ok I am honestly so disappointed. I didn't see any major difference other than two to three drops of precum. I've been taking zinc 50mg and Pygeum 500mg in which 100mg of the pygeum is extract. I have read posts and they all say that they leak like crazy, but I've noticed that they all work out. Basically I'm going to start a new experiment which is taking the pygeum and the zinc everyday, but also work out five times a week. I really want pre-cum and I'm not going to stop until I find what works.

So you guys last Monday I was in my English 101 class and I felt a little we spot I quickly rushed to the bathroom and squeezed out a drop of precum. That was a first for me nothing like that has ever happened so I was excited!

Moreover, I've already mentioned that I stopped taking the lecithin but I'm still using the zinc and pygeum and let me tell you when you use both of them together your cum amount is unbelievable! I did start to precum just a small amount tho from zero drops to like two. Hopefully it'll increase!

I've been on pygeum, lecithin, and zinc for about a week now. I've noticed that every time I take lecithin I get headaches and nauseous. I noticed a little bit of pre-cum today but a lot more cum. My orgasm was incredible! unfortunately I think I'm going to stop using lecithin I just don't think the headaches and nausea is worth it. I will continue taking zinc and pygeum hopefully the pre-cum volume increases even more!

Introduction to My Experiment



     


         Have you guys heard of pygeum? If not, its a pill that helps your prostate shrink so you won't have to get up at night to pee. Anyway, i've also heard that it helps with precum!

I personally don't produce any but a single drop and that irritates me! To solve my problem I ordered Pygeum and i'll be trying it out for the next month. Ive heard stories about how it made people leak precum like a faucet but they never kept us updated.

The pygeum I ordered is Swanson brand 500 mg but, i'll be taking 1,000 mg a day. I'll also add in other supplements like zinc 50 mg and lecithin 1,500 mg. I'll update you guys every week about my results! Check every Wednesday for updates.
